Royal Renovators Inc made a potentially stressful project feel manageable. Information was presented clearly, and communication remained reliable. The work was handled professionally from start to finish. I’m glad we chose them.

Nearly a decade ago, Royal took care of a house my father owned, a complicated job which they fulfilled to 100% satisfaction, including after-project "fixes" they took care of right after I messaged them. A younger Sean's work as project mgr. then already "sold" us for any future needs.

Now, in 2026, the roof replacement which was recently completed, also turned out to be complicated, first by waiting for the skies to clear. Several weeks after a first late summer estimate visit, within the first hour of the first day, they discovered an unexpected problem (which my family was prepared to pay for and), that Royal solved.

A one afternoon job became a three day project that was done to perfection. 100+% Anna and Scott, our project mgr. "contacts", the foreman Juan, mechanic specialists David and Armando, and the rest of the team (including an expert dump truck driver who knew how to thread a needle, parking the truck in narrow driveways), took care of everything, and was very respectful of our next-door neighbors' space (and made sure they kept them clean).

They worked from very early to sundown, over three days, to give us a roof that could last three (or more) decades.

Our experience was positive at every stage. The estimator from Royal Renovators Inc was informative and never made us feel pressured. Scheduling was easy, and we received confirmation before the work began. The crew was polite, prepared, and focused. Cleanup was handled carefully afterward. We would recommend this team to others.

Royal Renovators Inc’s price landed somewhere in the middle of the estimates we received, but what stood out was how clearly the scope was explained and what was included. We didn’t feel like we had to guess which items might appear later. The replacement work was completed carefully, and the final invoice was close to what we expected. I feel we received fair value and confident recommending them

Our roof was more than 20 years old and losing granules every time it rained. We replaced it before a leak forced the issue. Most of the decking remained solid, which kept the project close to the estimate.

Another contractor accidentally punctured the roof while completing work on the upper wall. The damaged area was photographed, opened, and repaired so we had clear documentation for reimbursement. Moisture had not yet reached the insulation, which was lucky. The patch was completed before the next rain. I appreciated the quick response to someone else’s mistake.

Royal Renovators Inc was a pleasure to work with. The replacement process was clearly explained, and communication was solid from beginning to end. Sean and his team worked carefully and showed respect for the property. A minor concern regarding scheduling was addressed promptly without an argument, and the finished project looks great!

Very professional from the initial visit through completion. The scope was explained clearly, and there were no surprises during the project. Everyone arrived prepared and worked in an organized manner. Cleanup was thorough, which I appreciated. I am completely satisfied with the service.

We had repainted the same stain beneath an upstairs window several times. Removing the siding revealed that the window had never been integrated correctly with the weather barrier. The sheathing below it was soft in two areas and had to be replaced, so, new flashing was installed before the wall was wrapped and closed again. Most of the original siding was reused, although a few replacement panels are slightly brighter. Everything looks great and work even better

We had a very positive experience with Royal Renovators. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the work before recommending the best solution.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. They explained what they found, walked us through the work that needed to be done, and kept us updated as the project progressed. The crew was punctual, respectful of the property, and made sure the area was cleaned up when the work was completed.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. Everything was handled carefully and professionally, and the finished result came out great. It was refreshing to work with a contractor that was responsive and followed through from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend Royal Renovators to anyone looking for reliable roofing or exterior renovation work.
