• Your roof is just plain old.
• If your shingle roof is between 20 and 25 years, or even older, it’s at the end of its life.
• When a roof is this old, it needs to be replaced.
• Shabby looking tiles need to be replaced.
• If your shingles are warped, curling or looking like they’ve lost a significant amount of the granules, they should be replaced.
• The granules play an important role in the protective nature of roofing shingles.
• You have leaks that are a result of worn out roofing materials.
• If things are even worse than just missing granules, such as missing tiles, especially in a whole section, your roof is passed needing repair, you need a new roof!
