+1
I had a great experience with Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn, starting with my visit to their office. Seeing the shingle samples in person made choosing a color and style much easier than looking at pictures. Jaime sat down with me, walked me through the options, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed or pushing the most expensive choice. I left feeling comfortable with what I’d picked and clear on what to expect. On installation day, the crew arrived prepared and got straight to work. What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to deal with, from that first conversation at the office to the installation. Thank you to the team at Royal ❤️

I was impressed by how organized the project felt. The team provided useful updates and answered questions directly. Everyone remained respectful and focused while working. The final result matched what had been described. I would recommend them based on our experience.

Everything went about as smoothly as we could have hoped. The expectations revolving around the replacement were clear, appointments were kept, and the work was handled professionally. We never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. Overall, it was one of the most positive experiences i had working with contractors. Thank you!

The completed work looks clean from the street and around the property. I’m not qualified to judge every technical detail, but the visible finish is neat and consistent. The Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn crew explained what had been completed before leaving. Cleanup was good aside from one small item we found later, but it was no biggie and we’re pleased with the overall result.

The initial meeting went well, but the follow-through is what impressed me. Calls were returned, updates arrived when promised, and small questions didn’t get ignored after the agreement was signed. The Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn crew was equally professional during the work. One minor issue regarding cleanup was corrected afterward without debate and I would feel comfortable using them again.

Highly recommend

I helped an older family member manage the project, so communication was important. The Royal Roofing and Siding team spoke patiently with both of us and made sure I received the major updates. They kept the entrance clear and were considerate about the disruption. Nothing felt rushed or overly complicated

The skylight had fogged glass and leaked around one corner. It was replaced along with the curb and surrounding flashing. Some interior trim required repainting afterward, which we expected. The room is brighter and no longer smells damp after rain.
